My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The room was very nice and had an awesome bathroom, but unfortunately, I found blood on the pillowcase. However, the staff was accommodating, moved me to a different room, and even provided a $100 credit. The air conditioning was not working well, but they tried their best to make up for the inconvenience.
