My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The room was very nice and had an awesome bathroom, but unfortunately, I found blood on the pillowcase. However, the staff was accommodating, moved me to a different room, and even provided a $100 credit. The air conditioning was not working well, but they tried their best to make up for the inconvenience.
The hotel had beautiful spacious and clean rooms but the air conditioning wasn't working the whole night, which was inconvenient. The service was extremely helpful and pleasant. The location was very convenient for our needs. The dining experience was the best part of the stay. The facilities were top-notch.
